The Trust Deed allow for the appointment of up to 4 Trustees and further
details can be found in the Trust Deed, a copy of which is given to all
Board members. A new Trustee, when there is a vacancy, is appointed by
the remaining Trustees, following a recommendation from the Board.
The Trustees are responsible in law for “holding the money and property”
of the Guild.
The four current Trustees are Dr Laurence Jacobs, Dr Anthony Kravitz OBE,
Dr David Lester and Dr Paul Mellings
