The Trust Deed requires attendance of individual Managers at least once
every three meetings, however, please note the requirement of 6 for any
meeting to be quorate. The Secretary will keep a Record of Attendance
and will inform the BDA secretariat of members’ attendance records at
the end of their 4-year term as Manager.
